ATCOM wins a Gold Ermis Award for the best media & publications website for 2009

On November 11th Atcom S.A. received distinguished industry acclaim with a Gold Ermis Award for creating the re-launched SKAI portal, which was rated the best website of the year in the Media and Publications category

Atcom undertook the design and development of the Skai portal launched in May, creating a main gateway for 5 diverse portals where rich, high quality content (both text and audiovisual material) blend with cutting edge web applications. Among many innovative and characteristic features of the awarded portal, is the Skai Player which for the 1st time in Greece, allows guests to view Television and Radio Programs Live or On Demand.

This year’s notable event was held at the impressive Athens Megaro and was attended by approximately 2,500 people, mostly from the Agency and Advertising industries. The award ceremony is organized by EDEE- the Hellenic Advertising Agencies’ Association, and is considered the highest honour for communication, marketing, and creative advertising professionals in the country.
