Just type
The Netvolution™ environment ensures that editors can just login and insert content. They can absolutely focus on their task and let everything else been taken care of themselves.
Netvolution™’s intuitive editor provides all functionality required to insert content, provide cross references with internal or external resources, enrich it with images, flash elements, videos or ready-made dynamic modules, include forms, and categorize it properly and even choose when you want your content to automatically be published.
You can also create tables and lists, style text based on designers chosen and approve styles to maintain look and feel consistency, undo and redo any operation and even use your favorite text editor (such as MS Word) and transfer content into Netvolution™ maintaining html conformance.
In addition, Netvolution™ assists you in spell checking your content with the included spell checker, or auto correct it by automatically capitalizing letters after full stops, insert spaces after brackets etc.
Multilingual support
Netvolution™ supports an unlimited number of site languages. Create the site tree of your main language and create a mirror copy for any language you like to send to translators for translation.
You can choose to have all pages translated, to achieve seamless transfer from a specific page in a language to the exact the same to another, for site visitors, or just have a subset of your main language pages to a secondary language to just fill the gap for a smaller than local, foreign user base.
Collaborate efficiently
Work with other contributors in the same environment at the same time. Visually define your publishing workflow and based on your role, create content or review and approve content created by others. You can always request a content revision from the original editor until you are happy with it, or complete the original content yourself and schedule it for publishing, or publish it immediately.
Moreover, Netvolution™ allows you to assign different content sections to different users or departments and even assign different workflow procedures based on the category of the content edited.
Automatic and Dynamic Navigation Menus
Never worry about navigation elements again. Menus, breadcrumbs and sitemaps are all taken care of automatically. As you create, edit and remove pages, the entire site structure builds up by itself. You never have to deal with the construction of navigation menus, lost pages or missing links.
Automation doesn’t mean out of your control though. You can always choose whether a page should be visible in the menu and not in the breadcrumb, or be discoverable through the sitemap but not available through search.
Personalization
Different needs require different approaches. Recognizing this, Netvolution™ allows you to define and complete reshape the forms you use to edit content.
You can visually hide fields that you don’t use, change their order to better suit you, rearrange them and group them in tabs. On top of that, you can also change field labels to your liking or to match your own terminology of things.
