The application of our agile and client-centric methodology is evident upon delivery of every project undertaken by Atcom, whether developed for its customers or for in-house activities.

Analyze

It is all about a solution to your needs. Before undertaking any project for a client, we carefully evaluate the business goals that need to be reached. We encourage face-to-face meetings where we can ask and answer a lot of questions in scope of thorough Requirements Analysis. Productive listening and close observation and monitoring help us scope and size each project in an accurate and timely manner.

Propose

After the thorough analysis, our experts come up with a sharp solution tailored to your needs. The overall solution is documented and sent to you in the form of a Proposal. It is our ethic to propose solutions without technological overkills and useless features.

Plan

Plan effectively and plan beforehand. A project without a feasible Plan is unlikely to ever be delivered or reach the desired outcome.

Implement

Design & Development are being performed by a team of experts in their fields, using the edge of programming and designing IDEs, accompanied with detailed version control processes. The overall procedure is orchestrated and closely monitored by the respective Project Manager.

Launch

After testing and debugging are successfully completed, we Launch the new solution and perform a set of configuration management tasks which will guarantee proper solution performance.

Audit

A second testing cycle (Audit) is essential and is always performed in terms of ensuring that functionality and high-availability have been reached in the production version. Our projects are considered as "delivered" only upon customers' final approval and consent with regard to their initial requirements.
