UXLAB: ATCOM'S NEW BUSINESS UNIT

UXlab is the name of the latest business unit of ATCOM, unveiled by Katerina Karagianni, Head of Digital Marketing, at the recent Online Marketing Conference ’12, where ATCOM participated as Grand Sponsor.
The unit aims to optimise the digital presence of its clients, through emphasising on key issues such as user experience, usability, persuasive design, conversion optimisation, user testing and eyetracking.
By offering specialised consulting services, the UXlab will be gauging the situation, pinpointing all shortcomings and offering handy solutions. And, as K. Karagianni, Head of the unit, stated, the UXlab services will be available not only to ATCOM’s clients, but also to the rest of the market.
Hence, the potential clientele includes companies with no previous online presence, which want to capitalise on essential insights in order to set the foundations for a successful digital performance on the net.
