Papastratos partnered with ATCOM to create a brand new digital hub of information revolved around its IQOS brand. Your.iqos.com radically transforms customer experience in terms of customer education and onboarding, by bringing a procedure held exclusively instore up until now, at the end of customers’ fingertips, in a personalised and engaging manner.
We centred our strategy on the project’s principal idea; letting existing and prospective customers learn more about IQOS products through an appealing and responsive interface that educates, welcomes them and helps them navigate into the world of IQOS, within a tailor-made user journey. To serve this purpose, we integrated a questionnaire that guides users through personalised flows, depending on their answers at every step. Upon completing the guided tour, each user is matched to one of the brand’s predetermined personas and is served with the appropriate content, in the form of a training guide. On top of this, we have set up the reporting of data and analytics throughout the entire spectrum of user flows, in order to empower the brand to introduce targeted communication further down the road, and strengthen its relationships with customers.
Built on Netvolution 6.0, the latest version of our award-winning CMS platform, the site is fast and high performing, regardless of device, while also incorporating advanced Business Insights tools for optimised reporting capabilities.
With particular focus on usability, our Experience Design experts adopted a modern design employing imagery, organic shapes, micro-animations, video and graphic elements that reflect a playful yet elegant look and feel, all the while underlying the informative aspect of the site and the premium nature of IQOS products.
