B2B Customer Experience at centre stage in the presentation of ATCOM’s CX Director Alicia Konstantourou

ATCOM’s CX Director Alicia Konstantourou joined the event’s agenda, along internationally renowned CX experts, to talk about B2B Customer Experience, in an address entitled “B2B CX: Tales from the crypt & the narrative of success”.
In her speech, Mrs. Konstantourou indicated the inherent differentiation between B2B and B2C customers and underlined the importance of integrating Customer Empathy when designing a successful Customer Experience strategy.
Analysing the dynamic nature of Β2Β buying behaviour, she pointed out that, in order to tackle the notable complexity regulating the B2B Customer Journey, it is critical to fuse Customer Research and Experience Mapping, among other methodologies, aiming to establish performance metrics at every step of the journey. Additionally, she presented some of the current challenges in B2B CX and identified practices and strategic solutions that contribute decisively in creating customer value.
