A LONG TERM STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
An Independent Software Vendor Partner since 2006, ATCOM was pronounced a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in 2009, a partnership, emanated from the certification of Netvolution, ATCOM's CMS platform, by Microsoft, sealing the recognition of ATCOM for its top-level technological skills, as well as its impact on the marketplace and client satisfaction, through Microsoft’s products and services.
In 2015, ATCOM was also appointed a Trusted Partner of Microsoft for the Azure Cloud Platform. Having already implemented some of its most important projects in Microsoft Azure, ATCOM proceeded to sign a strategic agreement with Microsoft, to be able to provide clients with significant web hosting and cloud-based services, at the minimum cost.
This was followed by the 2015 Microsoft Country Partner of the Year Award, received by ATCOM during the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Orlando, Florida. Chosen among a global field of top Microsoft partners, ATCOM was honoured for demonstrating business excellence in delivering Microsoft solutions, while showcasing innovation and business impact, driving customer satisfaction and continuously enriching its client portfolio.
In 2017, ATCOM was honoured with a double distinction at the Microsoft Partner Excellence Awards ceremony. Awarded among the total of Microsoft’s official partners in the territory of Greece, Cyprus and Malta, ATCOM was granted the “Cloud Sales Performance in Azure” and “Modern Marketing” awards.
Following the establishment of ATCOM as a Cloud Solution Provider, the most recent event marking the progression of ATCOM’s partnership with Microsoft, was the selection of ATCOM as the 2017 Microsoft Country Partner of the Year for Greece, an award won for the second time in three years.

Akamai is the global leader in Content Delivery Network (CDN) services, making the Internet fast, reliable and secure for businesses and customers. The company’s advanced web performance, mobile performance, cloud security and media delivery solutions are revolutionising how businesses optimise consumer, enterprise and entertainment experiences for any device, anywhere.
In December 2016, ATCOM signed an official reseller agreement with Akamai and launched its new Akamai Business Unit, aiming to optimise security, performance and delivery of online content and application services, on any device.
The new business unit marks a further extension of ATCOM’s offering and shows the way to the beginning of a new era of upgraded services for better performance, security and delivery of online content. Within less than a year, ATCOM became primary reseller of Akamai services in Greece.
In November 2018, ATCOM was recognised as 2018 Partner of the Year, at the Akamai Edge EMEA Forum, held in Barcelona.

In 2016, ATCOM received a double distinction at the Sitecore Experience Awards, credited with the most innovative integrated use of the Sitecore Experience Platfrom. ATCOM won the “Best Use of Content Management” for the implementation of aegeanair.com, while Sitecore declared the website the overall winner in Southern Europe, offering the “Site of the Year” award. Placing particular focus on user experience and delivering exceptional experience to both the company and the Aegean Airlines passengers, aegeanair.com was ATCOM’s first project on the Sitecore Experience Platform 8.
This double honour sealed a successful and fruitful partnership between ATCOM and Sitecore and signalled the next steps of ATCOM’s vision to achieve new levels of contextual personalisation, improve digital communication and deliver truly meaningful experiences.
