Projects for the “phygital” world, blurring the lines between digital & physical. IoT, VR and all fun things related.
At the Experience Lab, we constantly seek to reinvent customer experience and create meaningful connections between people, technology and places. Fuelled by an infinite passion to transform not just business, but life as we know it, our dedicated team of professionals knows exactly how to blend your business goals and customer data into effectively designed digital products.
As Experience Lab members, our goal is to identify our clients' business objectives and marketing needs and build "phygital" projects that completely transform customer experience. By investing heavily on technical creativity and facilitating cutting-edge technologies, we develop installations that go beyond channels, platforms and devices. Continuously tackling challenges and pushing our own personal boundaries, we are committed to drive business transformation and make a real difference.
Whether it's dining in or taking out, Goody's Burger House customers now have the option to order their meal through specially designed interactive tables and/or standing digital screens that allow them to navigate through the menu, place and pay for their order in a fun, engaging and convenient way.SEE CASE STUDY
By setting up the installation at Kalogirou's Golden Hall flagship store, we allowed visitors to virtually try on shoes, without even entering the store, in a groud-breaking and fun way that skyrocketed Word of Mouth, Social Media engagement and store visitation. Through our unique collaboration, Kalogirou became the first Greek brand to embrace Omnichannel shopping, setting the stage for its 360 brand transformation.SEE CASE STUDY
The goal for retailers is to create 360° customer experiences that turn consumers into clients that return for smarter, convenient and more personalised shopping. In an effort to provide more personalised experiences and ultimately improve customer satisfaction, we used Bluetooth Low Energy beacons to set up a proximity-based network that relied on detection and bluetooth interaction to track customer behaviour and provide improved, personalised customer experiences and valuable business insights.SEE CASE STUDY
It would be paranoid to think that a table can order food for you - wouldn’t it? And it is crazy to expect a barista to have your coffee ready before you even order it - isn't it? Well, for us it wouldn't and it isn't. Phygital is what you get, when digital is incorporated into a physical, brick-and-mortar entity, to create an ecosystem across the two worlds and around a brand and its consumers. Welcome to the food and drink business of the future!SEE CASE STUDY
During ATCOM's first Next event, ATCOM Next | Disrupt the Digital Experience, we brought two pioneering Interactive Window & Product Displays to life, proving that by merging your brand's offline strengths and the digital world's advantages, we can create in-store interactive experiences that guarantee the development of a successful Omnichannel strategy.SEE CASE STUDY
