INTERACTIVE ORDERING

INTERACTIVE ORDERING
We developed the first interactive ordering system in Greece for Goody's Burger House, disrupting the Greek dining and take out experience.

Whether it's dining in or taking out, Goody's Burger House customers now have the option to order their meal through specially designed interactive tables and/or standing digital screens that allow them to navigate through the menu, place and pay for their order in a fun, engaging and convenient way.

INTERACTIVE WINDOW DISPLAY
We developed the first interactive window display in Greece, helping leading luxury shoe retailer Kalogirou facelift its in-store experience and boost brand loyalty.

By setting up the installation at Kalogirou's Golden Hall flagship store, we allowed visitors to virtually try on shoes, without even entering the store, in a groud-breaking and fun way that skyrocketed Word of Mouth, Social Media engagement and store visitation. Through our unique collaboration, Kalogirou became the first Greek brand to embrace Omnichannel shopping, setting the stage for its 360 brand transformation.

INTERACTIVE INSTORE ANALYTICS
Introducing beacon technology to retail and leading the way with new levels of customer experience and business intelligence.

The goal for retailers is to create 360° customer experiences that turn consumers into clients that return for smarter, convenient and more personalised shopping. In an effort to provide more personalised experiences and ultimately improve customer satisfaction, we used Bluetooth Low Energy beacons to set up a proximity-based network that relied on detection and bluetooth interaction to track customer behaviour and provide improved, personalised customer experiences and valuable business insights.

On the occasion of ATCOM's second Next event, ATCOM Next | Be Paranoid, we brought our vision to life, by setting up a real Café/Bar Restaurant and invited our guests to join us in an extraordinary phygital journey.

It would be paranoid to think that a table can order food for you - wouldn’t it? And it is crazy to expect a barista to have your coffee ready before you even order it - isn't it? Well, for us it wouldn't and it isn't. Phygital is what you get, when digital is incorporated into a physical, brick-and-mortar entity, to create an ecosystem across the two worlds and around a brand and its consumers. Welcome to the food and drink business of the future!
