AEGEAN decided to transform the in-flight shopping experience of its passengers, by offering them the opportunity to pre-order and purchase their preferred items in advance. ATCOM, within its long partnership with the brand, established an e-commerce website that enables passengers to place their orders digitally, and then collect them while in flight, rendering the “Shop in the Clouds” experience more convenient than ever.
Our team worked closely with AEGEAN to gain an in-depth understanding of the business objectives, outline the Business Requirements and identify the needs, pain points, opportunities and operations related to the project. We were then able to map out all of the resulting customer journeys, to optimise the brand’s design templates and to translate them into responsive, lightweight and modular Front-End templates using the latest Frameworks and tools.
