ATCOM, within its long-lasting strategic partnership with the brand, unified the digital presence of attica dps and attica beauty, attica’s beauty e-shop, into one inclusive e-commerce website that transforms the online shopping experience, strengthens the brand and skyrockets sales and conversion rates.
Our strategy was focused on forging seamless user experiences, placing extra emphasis on usability all along the user journey, on the intuitiveness of navigation and the occurrence of micro interactions. To include the newly added fashion category in the e-shop, we remodelled the site’s information architecture and laid out an upgraded UX roadmap. The goal was to optimise the content layout, on top of revisiting aspects of the site’s design, in alignment with the evolved business and customer needs. Our Experience team adopted a fresh and elegant “look and feel” that conveys the love for fashion, beauty and quality; light & clean layouts, wide images and classic font choices make up a luxurious, elegant and timeless background, reflective of the brand’s top quality.
At the technological level, our tech experts consolidated the two websites by simultaneously upgrading the infrastructure to Netvolution 5.7. Making full use of its advanced features, web admins and managers have at their disposal an inclusive suite of tools to moderate and manage the e-shop’s functionalities including product catalogues, pricing policies and offers.
