As the official Technology Partner of the Delphi Economic Forum, ATCOM designed and developed the event’s companion mobile application, aligned with the Forum’s strategic commitment to digital innovation and enhanced attendee engagement.

Aim to address the needs and deliver a high-performing, user-centric platform that enhances the overall experience. The app supports the Forum’s scale and enables seamless access to information, networking, and real-time interaction throughout the four-day event. Built with a focus on functionality, personalization, and performance, the application served as a central hub for information, live updates, and meaningful networking opportunities.

Key features included:

  • Comprehensive Agenda Navigation: Attendees could browse sessions across all forum days and venues, filtering by date, topic, or speaker, with a persistent date selector enhancing usability across views.
  • Live Notifications & Dynamic Updates: A robust push notification system allowed users to receive essential real-time alerts — such as last-minute changes, delays, or announcements — designed for relevance without disruption.
  • Check-in QR Code Scanner: Users were able to scan tickets and complete individual check-ins seamlessly. The system was also integrated with a secondary application responsible for issuing personalized entry passes and attendee badges.
  • Smart Networking Tools: Users could share a digital business card with other attendees and activate networking features that provided access to the broader attendee community. They could discover top matches and shared pillars of interest, find social media profiles, save others’ business cards, request in-person meetings, and mark participants as favorites. Advanced filtering options allowed users to sort attendees by country, arrival status, role (speaker or participant), industry, and meeting availability — enabling frictionless, on-site connection and engagement.
  • Personalized Experience: By saving favorite sessions and speakers, users enjoyed a tailored content journey aligned with their interests.
  • Latest News Section: A dedicated space where the organization shared important updates, articles, case studies, and other relevant content.

With a smooth, intuitive interface and clearly defined navigation paths, the app ensured every user could quickly access the most relevant information — when and where they needed it.
