ATCOM, as the long-standing Strategy and Technology partner of the bank, transformed the experience of all Eurobank corporate customers, through the redesign and implementation of the brand new Eurobank Business App.

The Eurobank Business App addresses the financial needs of businesses and associates alike, enabling centralised access to all financial products in a single place, streamlined management of the financial activity and effortless execution of transactions – all through one Eurobank log in account.

We centred our strategy on the alignment of modern business customers’ needs and the bank’s objectives & philosophy. Our goal was to create a Business App that empowers users, solves real problems and transforms their experience, bringing Eurobank ahead of competition. With a clear and intuitive interface that is familiar to Eurobank retail users, the new Eurobank Business App integrates smart features and interactive elements, while promoting straightforward and smooth user journeys.

Our Technology experts established a robust infrastructure that provides the flexibility and scalability required to facilitate even the highest transaction volumes and account balances, for businesses of all kinds and sizes.

The Eurobank Business App offers a plethora of features and management tools to authorised users:

  • Single log in with personal credentials
  • Multiple linked and switchable accounts, through the dynamic adjustment of the app’s UI
  • Consolidated management of all financial products, with the capacity to support up to thousands of connected cards, and smart visualisation of total financial activity in a single interactive timeline
  • Rationalised transaction approval flows, upholding highly sophisticated schemes
  • Enhanced security through biometric identification
  • A substantial range of supported payments - significantly bridging the gap between e-banking and mobile banking payment availability
  • Omni-transactions for strong customer authentication from e- to m-banking
