Goody’s Burger House, Greece's leading fast casual restaurant chain, continues its Business Transformation journey, with ATCOM as the Strategy and Technology Partner. This time, we redesigned and rebuilt the brand’s e-commerce website & mobile application for delivery and take-away ordering, as vital components of the Goody’s Burger House Omnichannel experience.

Ranking high in the preferences of Greek consumers as their favourite fast-dining brand, Goody’s has been directly associated with the concept of burgers. The rebranding of Goody’s into Goody’s Burger House and its transition from being a fast-food company to becoming a fast casual dining choice, brought along a refreshed philosophy and solidified the understanding that, to meet the continuously evolving needs of customers, meaningful change is needed – and this is where we came in.

Our strategy for redesigning the GBH digital ecosystem had a threefold purpose; to:

  • strengthen the brand by establishing a solid digital identity
  • adopt a mobile-first approach in order to optimise customer experience across channels and personalise communication
  • improve and automate internal operations and, consequently, transform the instore GBH experience

Combining our Experience Design & Technology expertise, we created a website and a mobile app that are visually enticing and functionally flawless. We updated and enriched the brand’s digital services, rationalised its digital assets and forged a seamless connection with GBH physical stores, while at the same time smoothening instore operations.

Through the upgraded GBH e-commerce site & mobile app, customers can order their favourite products either for delivery or take-away, in a modern, user-friendly and secure environment. The two components contribute to a valuable pool of data harvested in real time, and are interconnected through Netvolution’s advanced infrastructure, along with a plethora of other system integrations, including the All Star Club loyalty programme.

Our Omnichannel strategy for GBH boosts customer engagement and loyalty and ensures that an excellent experience is offered at all times, bringing along an essential commercial advantage. Above all, it sets the bar of success even higher for modern Food & Drink businesses and brings Goody’s Burger House miles ahead of competition.
