The Notos department stores, part of the Notos Com Holdings commercial group and classic destination for consumers looking to shop among prominent brands of the market, turned to ATCOM to upgrade their digital presence and enable the brand's effective business growth.

Listening to the upgraded needs of its customers and staying true to a decades-long relationship with its audience, the company wanted to respond to the challenges of the new era of digitisation. Notos partnered with ATCOM to create a brand new e-shop that acts both as an online store and as a focal point of fashion, trend-setting and style.

ATCOM’s Experience experts adopted a modern, fresh yet elegant look and feel that “lives and breathes” fashion. Maintaining an overall minimal creative approach based on a flat 2.0 design concept, the new notos.gr is filled with appealing photography and clean, sans-serif typography, with a bright colour palette and contrasting black and white backgrounds.

The information architecture is carefully structured and the content is well-balanced, from its comprehensive megamenu to the advanced filters which promote usability and enhance user experience. In order to avoid distractions and offer a convenient, fast and useful shopping journey, the one-page checkout is partially enclosed. Cross and up-selling features further boost sales and help customers shape their ultimate fashion style.

Offering personalisation features, such as personal account, creation order history, favourites & address lists, the new e-shop showcases fashion trends, new arrivals and exclusive offers, while also incorporating the Notos More loyalty programme. Fully responsive, accessible and functional through any device, notos.gr is built on Netvolution, ATCOM’s multi-awarded CMS.

In our more recent work for Notos, we employed cutting-edge innovation, aiming to redefine personalisation and upgrade customer experience. Our mode of action was dual, consisting of the integration of:

  • AI tools to transform product recommendation and product search, as well as back-office operations
  • our eBusiness & Marketing Service to optimise budget allocation, ads performance and overall economic model, according to specifically designed and continuously evolving statistical models.
