Gregory’s, one of Greece’s leading coffee and food companies with over 315 stores in Greece, Germany, Cyprus and the Bahamas, needed to refresh and extend its digital presence.

As part of its rebranding strategy, Gregory’s partnered with ATCOM to establish a new online ordering system that will skyrocket customer experience and satisfaction.

ATCOM based the digital transformation strategy on two components; a website and a mobile application, which interconnect and act as product catalogues, personal user profiles and e-shops.

The new Gregory’s website has a fresh and youthful look and feel, reflecting the company’s caring and approachable philosophy. Light-coloured backgrounds, engaging photography and hand-drawn illustrations set the tone for the direct, confident and unpretentious spirit of Gregory’s, inspiring trust and a homely warmth to the user. Built on Netvolution 5.0, the latest version of ATCOM’s multi-awarded CMS platform, is responsive and adaptable to any device and screen resolution.

The Gregory’s e-order mobile application was built on ATCOM’s TAPvolution framework under the principles of material design and is consistent with the website’s style and functionality.

The usability of the entire e-ordering system is ensured by the carefully planned information architecture and overall ease of navigation, with great care placed on the incorporation of personalisation elements; favourites, order history, one-click reorder of “the usual”, to name a few.

Full accessibility, optimised usability and user experience, state-of-the-art design and efficiency sum up the brand new e-ordering system of Gregory’s.
