Goody’s, Greece’s largest fast food company, reintroduced itself as Goody’s Burger House, launching a new corporate identity and bringing along a brand new philosophy, vision and approach.

ATCOM was selected as the strategic and technical partner to conceptualise and implement an in-store interactive ordering system that skyrockets customer experience and amplifies business advantage.

Within the context of an extensive, cross-channel strategy, ATCOM's vision was to bring digital innovation in the physical store to transform the customer journey and create an outstanding experience.

ATCOM's interactive ordering system, installed in the Goody's Burger House flagship store in Syntagma Square, as well as in the Athens Mall store, consists of specially designed tables and kiosks, which customers can use to place and pay for their order in an innovative, exciting and convenient way.

Introducing new standards of personalisation, empowering the customer and encouraging active participation, Goody’s Burger House aims to pave the way for the new era of fast casual restaurants.
