Advanced connectivity with customer & loyalty management systems for Leroy Merlin, by Netvolution

The functionality of the Leroy Merlin loyalty scheme in its entirety is now synchronised and available at the company’s digital channel, through the new web interface created by ATCOM, within the framework of the long-lasting collaboration between the two companies.

The project consists of a system that communicates and interconnects with all the individual systems that facilitate the club’s operations through Netvolution, ATCOM’s development and content management platform. Ensuring uninterrupted connectivity, ATCOM created a web interface that enables clients to register for the loyalty programme at the website through any device, as well as in-store specially designed screens.

Furthermore, the incorporation of registered users’ LEROY MERLIN Club accounts in their personal customer accounts at leroymerlin.gr provides full access to their activity related to the loyalty scheme, their collected points and overall customer profile.
