Throughout our long-running partnership with AEGEAN, ATCOM has been the company’s eBusiness and Technology Partner for the implementation and optimisation of its digital presence. ATCOM continues to upgrade and improve aegeanair.com, the first responsive airline website in Europe, aiming to achieve AEGEAN’s business objectives and skyrocket the experience of its customers.

Our work for AEGEAN consists of the implementation of three components within aegeanair.com:

  • the main e-ticketing site that enables users to book their flights, organise their journey, navigate a wide range of ancillary services and find travel inspiration
  • the Miles+Bonus section, where registered members of the airline’s loyalty programme can access their account and have an inclusive suite of tools to manage their account
  • the corporate AEGEAN Group site, hosting all information related to the organisation

Our dedicated team of Technology experts built aegeanair.com on the Sitecore Experience Platform and utilised the infrastructure of Azure Cloud Platform; a highly advanced implementation supporting sophisticated integrations with multiple third-parties and providing unrivalled stability, scalability and security.

We continue to work in close collaboration with AEGEAN, for the incorporation of further enhancements, features and functionalities, as well as the alignment with the company’s business and marketing objectives.
