myNET: OTE Group's innovative intranet
myNET is the brand new OTE Group intranet that connects and unifies every employee of the OTE, Cosmote and Germanos companies across Greece, enhancing collaboration, promoting engagement in the workplace and acting as a useful and effective tool.

OTE Group, the largest telecommunications provider in the Greek market, needed to improve the internal operations and work of its employees.
The company partnered with ATCOM to create the “myNET” intranet, addressed to every employee of the OTE, Cosmote and Germanos companies across Greece, for the first time in the company’s history.
The main objective was to create a common meeting place, where OTE Group employees can be informed, communicate, cooperate and find all the tools they need for their day to day work. myNET is a digital ecosystem that promotes communication and collaboration across departments, companies and locations, fosters engagement in the workplace and forges a unifying culture and a strong team spirit, while motivating employees to actively participate.
ATCOM’s Creative Department adopted a modern design with a fresh and friendly look and feel. User friendly and with strategically structured information architecture, myNET succeeds in reflecting the corporate identity and proves to be an effective tool, indispensable to OTE Group’s personnel.
