ATCOM partnered with Eurobank as the strategic and customer experience partner to help reinvent the banking experience, starting with the redesign of the Eurobank e-banking portal.
ATCOM’s role in the design and UX strategy was critical, aiming to seamlessly deliver exceptional customer experiences. The close collaboration among Eurobank’s dedicated teams, ATCOM’s Creative Department and the UX experts of UXlab, resulted in a restructured information architecture that enhances the findability of content, in a simple and user-friendly interface. Adopting a modern look and feel with material design elements aligned with Eurobank’s brand identity, the site features a smart Dashboard that eliminates the need for a mega menu and provides instant access to all products and services. The clear overview of the accounts information and the incorporation of smart data visualisations further improve user experience, with the creation of a new transaction being always one click away at all times.
Responsive and ensuring optimal performance across all devices, the new Eurobank e-banking platform is here to transform e-banking services, unify customer experience across channels and achieve consistency, flexibility and simplicity within a solid Omnichannel ecosystem.
