The everest stores started out in 1965, introducing the sandwich as their revolutionary flagship product and spearheading the do-it-your-way concept in the Greek market. Fast-forward to 2019 and the brand counts over 200 “pit stop” points, repositioning itself as the ultimate street food brand in Greece and heavily investing in the quality of its products and services.

ATCOM was brought in as the strategic and technology partner to plan and implement everest’s digital business transformation strategy, aiming to transform the company’s services, digital assets and operations – starting from the website.

Our goal was to build an interconnected ecosystem, empowered by our award-winning CMS platform, Netvolution. Within this network, spanning from instore to online, all customers enjoy exceptional, personalised experiences that directly translate to tangible competitive advantage. The new everest.gr enables users to browse through the menu, build their preferred versions of everest’s signature products and place their e-order, to be delivered at their address, on the road at their vehicle or get picked up at their store of choice. At the same time and aiming to foster customer loyalty, the site incorporates the Bite Club loyalty programme.

On the brand side, the new everest ecosystem rationalises internal asset management, enables uninterrupted monitoring of processes and streamlines instore traffic. Additionally, Netvolution’s advanced functionalities allow the brand decision-makers to harvest valuable data and analytics and convert them into Business Intelligence. Netvolution also provides a solid infrastructure for further improvements and developments.

With a modern and playful look and feel, the new website introduces a straightforward categorisation of content and makes strategic use of animations to enhance usability. By employing creative innovation into our Experience Design strategy, we managed to establish a well-designed digital space that reflects the everest brand identity and helps customers place their orders, whether for delivery or takeaway, in an engaging, timesaving and efficient manner.
