The most recent step of the company’s business transformation journey is the “Weg” portal; the brand new Gregory’s Extranet that brings the new era in the interaction between Gregory’s headquarters, franchisees and employees.

ATCOM planned an extensive strategy in order to create a new business application that coordinates all of Gregory’s stakeholders, enables communication and optimises Gregory’s operations. With a modern, user-friendly and responsive user interface that strengthens the sense of community and engages users, the new portal offers self-service capabilities focusing on B2B e-commerce and reporting.

Netvolution 5.5, the latest version of ATCOM’s multi-awarded CMS, features provide a full suite of solutions and functionalities that centralise ordering procedures, simplify payments directly through the Extranet and support real-time integration with back-office systems. Valuable reporting and accounting tools empower franchisees to have on-the-fly access to their financial data, granting them full control of their financial activity and progress of their B2B orders.
