The updated Taxiplon Passenger mobile application provides taxi clients with smart, fast and safe transportation options. Aimed to address the needs of all passengers, regardless of their familiarity with technology or demographic group, the application is a valuable taxi-booking tool for everyone. Through the app, users can book a taxi or schedule a booking on a specific time and date, pick their driver and select their preferred payment method. Empowered by the opportunity to pre-set their favourite places for faster bookings, users can also rate their drivers after every transportation, and keep track of their booking history.
Built on the robust infrastructure of ATCOM’s SDK for native apps, the application provides precise fare estimation, push notifications, alerts and real-time location tracking for active bookings, as well as multiple options of contacting the driver. At the same time, it enables advanced connectivity with various third parties, further enhancing the experience and supporting future app additions and upgrades.
