The collaboration between ATCOM and SARKK led to the complete upgrade of the Tommy Hilfiger e‑commerce experience across Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania. With the brand aiming to modernise its digital presence and deliver a unified, high‑performance customer journey, the development of four new Tommy Hilfiger e‑shops was powered by the capabilities of A‑commerce. 

To support the brand’s strategic objectives and future‑ready infrastructure, A‑commerce served as the foundation of the new ecosystem. Fully integrated with SARKK’s ERP, the implementation delivers reliability, speed, and consistency across all markets, while optimising daily retail operations. 

Key elements of the upgraded infrastructure include: 

  • UX/UI design aligned with the PVH design system, optimised across Account, Cart & Checkout experiences 
  • OVH‑based infrastructure, reinforced by Akamai for high stability and performance 
  • Planned activation of product recommendations for personalised shopping journeys 
  • Modern front‑end & back‑end development, supported by PM, QA and Analysis teams 

The new Tommy Hilfiger e‑commerce environment ensures a seamless and premium customer experience, empowering the brand with improved operational efficiency, increased engagement, and enhanced performance across all four markets.
