ATCOM redesigned the user interface of Eurobank’s Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), within the extensive business transformation plan outlined to rethink Eurobank’s digital and physical channels.

Adopting a clear customer-first approach and in line with Eurobank’s overall strategy, ATCOM’s Experience experts aimed to augment customer experience, while reinforcing and solidifying brand identity.

The upgraded interface of the ATMs incorporates material design elements and maintains a look and feel that is consistent with the rest of Eurobank’s channels. Smart screen components, motion and animations are integrated in the UI to address every user micro-interaction and enable clear customer journeys, facilitating customer needs and elevating the ATM experience, within a coherent and engaging communication.
