Everest is undergoing a major business transformation, reinventing its digital assets, operations and services. ATCOM has joined everest in this journey, as the strategy and technology partner who reconstructs customer experience across channels and creates a seamless ecosystem to facilitate customer and business needs. The new everest mobile app is a vital component of everest’s Omnichannel strategy, putting the brand into a human-centred, mobile-first perspective and connecting it with its audience.

Taking into account business objectives, key prerequisites and best practices, we outlined a thorough strategy to redesign and rebuild from scratch everest’s mobile presence. Our goals were twofold: On one hand, to increase customer satisfaction and engagement by creating seamless experiences that transcend devices and channels; on the other, to optimise internal operations, decongest the queues in physical stores and allow the brand to collect a multitude of insights throughout the customer journey that will, in turn, create new KPIs and further advance the competitive advantage already gained.

Our UX/Design team put in place an innovative creative approach, aligned with the overall everest look and feel, focusing on usability and mobile-specific interactions and employing material design elements, bold typography and organic shapes. Based on the robust infrastructure provided by Tapvolution, our native SDK, the new everest app enables users to place their delivery, takeaway and on the road orders through easy to grasp and engaging user journeys, with 24/7 availability and security of transactions at all times. Bite Club, everest’s loyalty programme, is also integrated into the app, to further strengthen customer loyalty. As part of a holistic everest Omnichannel system, the app enhances, personalises and unifies user experience across all touchpoints, on top of contributing to a valuable pool of customer data and analytics.
