Rainbow Waters, the largest watercooler and home water filter company in Greece and the third largest in Europe, partnered with ATCOM to upgrade its digital presence, highlight its offering and radically transform the experience of its customers, through a brand new corporate and e-commerce website.
With a clear business-centred strategy, our goal was to accommodate the emerging needs of Rainbow Waters customers, while fulfilling the company’s objectives, lining up as follows: client base expansion, online sales optimisation, facilitation of internal operations, effective branding, as well as promotion of corporate identity and eco-friendly philosophy.
Our Experience Design experts laid out a thorough UX strategy to identify the most effective ways in which to compile the website’s information architecture and content hierarchy, based on comprehensive Research and Analysis. With clear user journeys and instinctive navigation, the site’s interface is user-friendly and easy to use. In an engaging environment, packed with smart animations and interactive elements, visitors are empowered to find information about the company, browse through the site’s product catalogue and proceed to online purchases of coffee products and supplies. A functionality soon to be enriched with a plethora of features aimed to digitally transform the ordering experience of B2C and B2B customers.
Responsive and accessible through any device, the site was built by our Technology team on the 5.7 version of our award-winning CMS platform Netvolution, is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and integrates Cookiemon, our Netvolution Add-on for Cookies management and UI configuration of the Cookie Consent area.
